help making a fighting game

Hello everyone, I currently need help making a fighting game. It's a game that has been on my mind for awhile, problem is, I am not that good with animation, only concepts, stories, comics, and illustration. (At least that is what I tell myself.) Discussing the game via this blog, in a group that loves fighting games, is one of the few ways I hope to get it out. I am a developer, and what good is a developer who can only make RPG games when he loves fighting games. So I would like to ask for help making it. This game is anime ish so if you played Blazblue or anything like it, please tell me. I am also nervous about discussing the game out loud due to my shy nature, and because bronies sometimes get a bad rep. But here goes. It's called MLP Civil war. I made a comic for it, I want to make it a game. No it's not ponies, more of a furry thing, I prefer humanoid people fighting instead of animals as PETA would be over faster then Akuma's obsession with power. Look if you wish to help me fine, if not fine, I just want to make something, and this would be a good practice fighting game for me. I also promised it to a friend so it's kind of personal to me as well.
